DELETE YOUR
ACCOUNT.
You can delete your MoblTans artist app account at any time. Here’s how, and what happens to your information.

In the app
Open the MoblTans app and sign in. Go to Profile, tap Delete account, then confirm. If you applied to join the team and haven’t been approved yet, the Delete account link is at the bottom of your application screen. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email paz@mobltans.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What we delete
Your login, your profile (name, photo, city and settings), your availability and time-off requests, your artist application and the photos you submitted, any onboarding documents you uploaded, and the notification settings for your devices.

What we keep
Records of appointments you completed, without your name attached, so our clients keep their service history. Payment records required by law are kept for up to 7 years. Nothing else is kept.
